Absolutely wonderful. Coming from LA as a solo traveler for the first time I ensured before booking that friendliness of the hotel was exceptional, and luckily they were. I tried to buy a converter for mg charger but it didn’t fit. Luckily the staff had a few they could lend me and it truly was a lifesaver! For the price of the stay you can’t beat it and although the rooms are “cozy” it makes up for it by the proximity of the location being less than 4 minutes away from Earls Court Station which is the public transportation and the best way to get yourself around the city.

Loved this hotel! The service was great; the staff are very friendly and I loved all the little touches. Everything was very clean and whenever I needed help with anything (parking, tv, getting food delivered), they were on it! Great stay.

Overall the property is clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The room was enough for two people (London size), bathroom was clean and the shower was good, the only improvement could the curtains that I had to put a hair clip to close them properly. Breakfast is different. Monday to Saturday is 7:30-9:30, which if you go out don’t want to wake up so early. On Sunday is 8:00-10:00, we made to this one and the fruit and the croissants were good but for some reason I can’t say the same for some of the hot food, not sure how fresh was it (or I was unlucky) As I said property overall is nice and enough
