Good location but moldy and damp air caused illness and made it hard to breathe whenever inside the halls/room. Couldn’t open windows as they are sealed shut. Concierge wouldn’t allow people to use the elevator the first day due to “too much energy being used” so we had to take the stairs every time. At checkout, they credited the city tax but then put it right back on the bill as soon as we left.

I was brought to the feeling of being Royal. The staff went above & beyond with their hospitality & kindness. The history if the hotel is quite interesting. The location was very close to Buckingham Palace & the Underground train, that getting around was very convenient.
