Book a hotel near Canadian Tire Centre, Kanata

"Being the first time visiting this city, we were a bit anxious; but at the end of the trip we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Couldn't have asked anything better for the price and services we got. The place being relatively new was well maintained and clean. Special shout out to Jane and Narmada at the front desk who were very courteous and helpful to make our a pleasant and memorable one. "

"the stay was lovely but there was a small issue on checkout. There was construction going on at the hotel, which was fine except they didn't have any parking available and I had to park in the lot for the hotel next door, which I had asked and was told it would be ok. When I went to check out, they told me I had to pay for parking!!! First of all, I have never had to pay for parking in any hotel I have stayed at previously so this was shocking to say the least but the fact that they had no parking available and i couldn't even park on site and still thought they should charge me parking made me a little unhappy. I discussed this with them and they did remove the charge, but if I had not stopped by to check out even though I knew I was all paid up, I would have been hit with this charge on my credit card. That seems a bit underhanded to me."
