The location was excellent; close to parliament, grocery stores , restaurants and cafés. Very convenient. The continental breakfast was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again myself.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was VERY hot in the room and the place overall needed a bit of maintenance but I would definitely stay again. Great price and a fantastic location.

Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa
