"Overall, our stay is great and excellent. The room is so clean and organized and i should have stayed more. Im sure i will use The business Inn the next time i will go to Ottawa. The breakfast is excellent too with a lot of choices of breakfast foods. My rating is 10/10. I only recommend that the parking is free. Staff are so accommodating.More power to The Business Inn."

"Overall a very nice stay. Lots of guests due to a soccer tournament. The kitchen staff were able to keep the dining area stocked and cleaned as necessary. House keeping were pleasant to deal with as was the hotel staff Only hiccup was the maintenance being done in the parkade."

"Staff are incredible! From checking in, concierge, breakfast, room service. Everyone one we met was so friendly and wanting to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is charming and historic. It may not have the modern amenities, but I selected this hotel for the history and location. With that being said, there are excellent amenities like the salt pool, weight room, and breakfast buffet (for purchase). The rooms are a little dated but were very quiet and even our non view hotel had excellent views of major hill park The hotel is open to the public during the day but it gets locked down with card access only after hours. Location is amazing. Proximity to train, byward market and Rideau centre."
