"We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are super spacious and clean. We enjoyed that the hotel was quiet and we were able to get good sleep.Beds were pretty comfortable and A/C worked well. Plenty of counter space in the bathrooms. I particularly like the Crabtree and Evelyn Shamp/Cond/Bodywash/Lotion. I was also impressed by the quality of towels. I usually don't notice but they were particularly nice and soft... almost new. Staff were very nice and helpful as well. Cons were that we notice that the air in the room was damp and stale. After the A/C was turned on and up it corrected itself. Can't use the hairdryer for long before it over heats and stops. This was really annoying to wait several times for it to cool down. Also, I was disappointed that there wasn't any complementary tea or coffee in the lobby. It would have been nice to have since it's something most hotels offer. Definitely will be returning when visiting Ottawa. Already booked again in July"
