Stay was good through out. Mr Khurram on reception welcomed with smile and was very friendly and helpful with check in process. Breakfast has gone terrible this time, less choice and not impressive as it use to be few years ago, frequent traveler and often chose this hotel over others but very disappointed with the breakfast this time.

Unfortunately, we had a 'laid in' so missed breakfast. The bed was too comfortable.😊 Must mention that the window was quite dirty, the sink was cracked, shower head needs attention and better bins needed in the bedroom and bathroom. Despite the above, I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Sapphire Hotel. Friendly staff and atmosphere, so would definitely stay again when in London.😊

I booked a family room indicating it was for a family of four after attending a wedding downstairs. I’d also given the ages of my children which were 17 and 13. We were given a room with a double bed and a single bed. I offered to pay for a spare bed or mattress or even a seperate room once I had seen the room but no mattress or spare bed were available. Three of us slept on a double bed and to be honest it was the worst nights sleep ever
