Super friendly staff!

Stayed for 4 nights with my friend. The staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating. My only issue was with the down pillows that caused some neck problems for me but the front desk was able to provide firmer options that helped immensely. The bed itself was also comfortable. The location is also perfect. So close to Redchurch St but quiet in the room.

Really lovely location in Shoreditch, close to quite a few metro stations (~15 min walking distance). Also very close to the hip area of Shoreditch (Boxpark and surrounding streets). Hotel itself was lovely - clean, well decorated rooms. Also quite spacious! Love that they have a carafe for you to get water - they have atill or sparkling from a machine by the elevators. They also offered me a voucher to use at any of their food offerings (coffee shop, bar or room service) if I declined to have my room serviced during my stay!

Beautiful hotel

A beautiful hotel with a calm relaxed vibe. My room had a beautiful comfortable bed with views of London. It is a little pricy for add ons in your room so be careful but breakfast is reasonable and beautifully curated. My only real slight negative is there are only two lifts for a big hotel this is not a problem except in busy times guests seem reluctant to use the stairs and secondly the air con in my room didn’t work. However, all things considered I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful. From checkin to Shane at front of house, to the room service staff they are brilliant, it’s an amazing place. 10/10 and they are pet friendly for my service dog which was such a help.
