It was ok. Check in was good and my room nice. The gym is really poor, no chance of a good workout in there. The pool and sauna/steam room were good. I didn’t want to go out as had been working all day so wanted to eat there but the restaurant was closed and the bar unfriendly so ordered room service. I ordered a steak sandwich for £21. It was pathetic for tha money. Just chips, a small piece of steak in a pitta bread. Very dissapointing. Not only that but there was a £6 tray fee and a 12.5% service charge added. Aren’t they both the same thing? Then the waiter waited at the door for a tip….. A plus was sky sports on the tv, nice touch. Breakfast was lovely. It was ok but there are better options. Oh, parking at the car park next door was £37.50 for 12 hours too

The hotel is great and clean. But looks like it might be needing uplift soon. The food was okay but would have been nice to separate the ham and pork sausage from the other food to avoid cross contamination for those that don’t eat pork.

The room was tired, with damaged furniture and stained and dirty grout in the bathroom. One of the provided towels had been used by a previous guest and had not been laundered. When calling reception to ask for non-feather pillows the receptionist was rude and housekeeping was unavailable. On the positive side, the location is great, there is parking nearby, and some of the staff are genuinely helpful.

I had a pleasant stay like previous times I've stayed at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place, particularly well suited for a relaxing stay and it is nice that Battersea Park is so close by for a little wander around. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection on offer. The fruits and salads were fresh and enjoyable, and I especially liked the fresh ginger booster. However, the bread selection was a bit disappointing, and on one of the days the bread was stale, which detracted from the experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While you can occasionally hear neighbouring doors slamming, it didn’t significantly affect my sleep, and overall the room was a great place to rest. The bathroom was also generously sized. The water pressure could have been stronger for a more enjoyable shower, but it was perfectly acceptable, and I did appreciate the rainfall shower feature. A nice bonus was having Sky Sports available in the room, which made for a relaxing evening watching football on a day where we were low on energy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the positive experience. The bar food was fairly average, but I only ate there as a last resort, so it was fine for that purpose. Overall, the hotel offers spacious rooms, friendly service, and good amenities, making it a solid choice for a comfortable stay in London.
