Great staff, nice conversion from an old library. Nice atmosphere. The location is not ideal. There's not much of interest close by, and the nearest transport is the DLR overground rail, about an 8 minute walk away.

I came across the property on Expedia and based on previous reviews decided to select this for a recent stay in London. Check-in was easy; please note that this hotel requires a £100 security bond and copies of each guests IDs. This is not a major issue but just be prepared. Overall, the hotel is well situated with the No. 15 bus stop outside and the limehouse basin; thames path are easily walkable. The hotel is unique with a plethora of quaint objects scattered around it. Rooms are well equipped and quiet. Staff are very helpful and service was good. In hotel dining was perfect and breakfast selection was extensive. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again especially if I was attending events in east London.

A quirky hotel with really interesting feel due to it's library heritage. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Disappointed with the sauna area - seemed somewhat neglected.

Really lovely hotel, very spacious room and very comfortable. Hotel has a very nice theme throughout was quiet and had wonderful staff. One thing I would flag is that we stayed in a deluxe king room, this does not mean a king bed and we were a bit deceived. The deluxe king room comes with a small double/queen sized bed.

We only stayed for one night, but absolutely loved the quirky decor, the plush seating and bar areas and the delicious breakfast. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and our room was exceptional, both in style and cleanliness. We can’t wait to visit again!

Breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. Hotel was quirky and very well designed. Loved the study room at the top, bar was comfortable and rooms spacious. Met the owner in the morning and he was very welcoming and spoke about how he went about designing this stunning hotel. Well done to him and caring team.
