very bad
small room, no iron, no blow dryer and not even a glass or cup. lifts only take you to main floor but then you have to walk to the room which has many stairs and corridors. no window but that was known so can’t complain.

room is like a sauna with no air or window after a few showers the moisture stays in the room, aldo not stated anywhere check out time and they charged me £50 for coming down at 11.45

The area is great. You are able to walk to most places, shops, restaruants, etc. If you only need a place to sllep, this is great. There arent a lot of frills inside the room, but they are clean and pretty quiet.

Central boutique
Convenient for the theatre, Zedwell couldn't be any more central if you painted it red and ran it underground. Boutique in a cheap but modern way, this is onehotel I keep returning to.

Cheap but not cheap enough
The hallways were filthy and felt like the squid game. Also zero security. Room was clean but no window was and no chair no no desk and no TV. Checkout was an early 10 AM and they wanted £15 to check my bag for a few hours. The price was cheap but not cheap enough.

Being in the midst of Picadilly, I think it's a great hotel. It's blacked inside out so you don't hear any noise from the outside so you don't have a window or anything. Sometimes the hallways were starting to merge esp on those nights you've been out drinking lol. It felt like a maze in there. You also really don't have a front desk, this is a self check-in hotel. There's a vending machine on the first floor where you can get toiletries if needed. The area is great if you want to be central in Picadilly. It was kind of hard for our taxi/ubers to drop us off since it's kind of in a weird spot. I'd recommend this place if you want to be in a central area
