The room was tired and broken down. It did not live up to the images in the advertisement. Additionally, the Air Conditioner failed the 2nd night leaving the room incredibly warm and uncomfortable.

Area under construction was not disclosed on booking, very little hot water. Staff tried to walk into our room at 8:30 in the morning with maintenance staff. Good thing we had the swing latch closed or they would have come right in. No apology offered, sorry for waking you up or barging in, just an excuse that the front desk clerk ‘checked for a card in the slot that said room was occupied and didn’t see one so assumed it was empty’ .

They are currently renovating the property. So, we knew the building condition would be fine on our floor and in disarray on another floor.

We were locked in the room. Once the room was locked from inside, the door could not be opened. The phone in the room did not work. There was no information about safety as to how can the front desk be reached. Very dangerous and unsafe if older couple or couple with kids are traveling and if something happens to someone in the room. There is no information inside the room if someone is locked inside, how do they call for safety.

When we called the hotel to inquire about a booking, there was no mention about there being construction or the gym not being in use. Beds were not comfortable. The staff was super friendly though. We won’t be staying here again.

The carpet in the room was badly stained and probably dirty. The ceiling in spots had remnants of wine or other liquid. As long as no reno's arent made you will continue to get bad reviews. The beds were surprisingly clean and confortable...
