Great location, right next to Victoria Station and a short walk to Buckingham Palace. Big Ben and The Westminster are within walking distance. Staff were warm and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for central London. The only thing was there are steps outside the font entrance, not ideal with large suitcases. The staff were very willing to help with the suitcases though. Highly recommend for anyone wanting convenience with a touch of luxury

Hotel was very convenient to the underground, train station, and bus service. It was also easy walking to Buckingham Palace and the Westminster area. Reception service was excellent. Housekeeping, while friendly, was rather spotty. For instance, garbage cans, not always emptied, towels not replaced, and sometimes mini bar not refilled. A main problem with the hotel is that although they have two elevators for guests, only one was in service, and it was small, and very busy, which sometimes led us to climb four floors of stairs to get to our room. we never took the elevator going down, because we would have to wait too long. I was told by other guest, who had been there weeks before that the elevator had not been fixed at that time either, so no progress. If you are a person with mobility issues, this elevator problem would be a major inconvenience. The hotel was beautiful and had good views of the city, and we would stay again, but we might ask if the elevator is working before we book.

We have stayed at the hotel before and as always the hotel is spotless, the rooms are great and the staff are helpful. I was disappointed this stay we had a room that had some traffic noise. I had found the rooms on the higher floors, not facing the main road quieter so would recommend asking for that at check in.

The Clermont was a fabulous hotel with beautiful ambience & comfortable stay. Everyone was so hospitable & kind. The location was also a plus close to Victoria Station, restaurants , & shopping. Definitely a place we would stay at again!

Great location in city. Had room with king bed and it was very roomy. Large bathroom too. Hotel right near the tube so it was super convenient. Only complaint was housekeeping…we asked them to service our room the next morning but they never did.

If this hotel had a store, I didn’t see it or a gym. It was an older hotel, and that is what drew me to it, but there were a few things that could’ve been improved. During our stay, the elevator was broken multiple times. They ran out of coffee that they supply you in your room for days and our classic room Shower was terrible! It had a half Door so all the water would spray out onto the toilet paper and sink and everywhere else so it is a very dumb design, I highly suggest they fix that! I don’t know how other rooms were. The property was relatively close to Buckingham Palace, so that was convenient, but it was away from a lot of other stuff, but we enjoyed it, not being in the hustle and bustle of the crazyiness. The train station was directly attached and we could see it from the windows of one of the bars. It was pretty neat. Very convenient to the metro as well a good place to stay, as long as you can walk!!!!!
