Terrible stay. The room was very dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke and cat urine. The bed sheets had a bad odor and were wrinkled, as if they had already been used. The toilet was filthy, and the sink was clogged—it would fill up while brushing my teeth. The entire bathroom had a terrible smell. The carpet was also extremely dirty.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
I was worried about staying here because of previous bad reviews but for the price I paid in the location. It wasn’t bad and the service was amazing. They always wanted me to be comfortable and have the best stay possible so if you’re looking for something in this location at a low rate I think this is a decent choice
Location - great, room-clean; there was no hairdryer, but we got one upon request at the reception. The was also no tea kettle in the room to boil water; there is very little space in the shower but we fit in, the water is good, maybe there could be as many shampoo packets as there are nights of sleep...there was no soap or shower gel... could use more towels.
You get what you pay for. I paid for a cheap hotel and got one. The bathroom was so small you could barely stand in it. The drain wasn’t working and I had to call twice for it to get fixed. The hotel room key had to be replaced every time I came back (and yes I kept it away from my phone). And then one time I waited at the front desk which had a “Back in 15 minutes” sign for nearly a half hour. But for the price I paid, could I really have expected much better?

Disliked: Cleanliness
Not good experience
Polite reception. Clean beds. But broken toilet seat, dirty toilet bowl, strong smell of cigarettes in the room.

No blind or curtains
Was provided a room with no blinds or curtain. In summer this means being woken up by sunlight by 5:00, never mind not having privacy.
The pictures of the room and its aesthetic are not true; the hotel only uses part of the building shown. The pictures of the rooms and restrooms are inaccurate. My room (106) had a terrible toilet with no space between the hand basin and the toilet; you would literally have to sit sideways to use it. The toilet was very tiny, a detail not included in the hotel room pictures. There was no room service as claimed. We spent two nights, and our room was never cleaned once not even to dispose of waste or change the bins. Both the room and restroom bins were never emptied. Zero percent value for my money; if I could, I would have checked out.
The hotel needs to do better. You'll be constantly awakened by the noise and vibration of doors closing next to your room. The room also lacks a functional night light; you either sleep in the dark or with the full light onthose are your only options. In all, it was a terrible experience. I paid less for a 3-star hotel in Spain and enjoyed my stay there. Craven should inform prospective customers of the true condition of their property with well-detailed pictures.
I booked 2 x deluxe rooms. In my wildest dreams i could not imagine how they could describe our rooms as deluxe. The one I actually stayed in was more of a small box room. There was 2 bath towels provided for 2 of us but no hand towels. . The TV did not work in either room and we pointed this out to receptionist who said he would sort it out (he didn't). There was 1 teabag, 2 coffee bags and no spoons and this was just put on bedside shelf loose (no presentation). Black mould along the lower part of wall where radiater was.window only opened about 2-3 inches and no fan or aircon so quite hot in the room. Think the bed needed replacing as it creaked and groaned every time you moved so no definately not a deluxe room. Would I stay there again, probably not.
What a terrible place, not at all like the pictures on the websites, a very nasty moldy room very smelly, we couldn’t even stay there, very bad service.
Do not stay here, better to stay in your car!
The room was very narrow for two beds; you could barely walk in it. The shower wasn't very clean, and it was difficult to open the window because it was very old.
Otherwise, we got the bare minimum for the price.
It was so friendly caring from the start!!!the receptionist (IwishIaskedhisname!)was so caring and understanding!!!we travelled with a baby so he made sure that our room suitable for this-on 1rst floor, warm, big enough with easy reachable facilities!!we are so thankful and pleased!!!
