A nice hotel, breakfast was great and very accommodating staff however some points I did not like was that the air conditioning did not work for my entire 4 night stay and needing a key to operate the electricity in the room seemed quite cheap for a luxury hotel. Housekeeping also did not come on one of the days - just things I would not expect from a nice hotel like this. Otherwise everything else was good

I spent one night this week and 4 nights last week in this hotel. It was big surprise for me to see different between two rooms ( the same price) . 4 days last week: terrible small room, window as in jeil, we felt like a prisoner . Terrible bathroom and today… normal room: 2 windows, beautiful toilet from Japan. I booked one room 3 months ago and other just one month, the same price, but so different. I don’t think I will book this hotel again or recommend it to my friends.

Stayed here recently with our four-year old. Great location, walkable to great eats and shopping options. Adrian with the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly to both us and our kid. It really left a lasting impression. We’re looking forward to our next stay here later this year.

The location on the edge of Marylebone and a few blocks from Selfridges was excellent. We really enjoyed this hotel. It felt like a sanctuary. The room was peaceful, spotless and designed beautifully. We generally ate breakfast at the delightful Daisy Green down the road. I would definitely stay at Prince Akatoki again.

Great location. Concierge were always happy to help with any request. Breakfast was well done and the bar and restaurant were great places to dine when you do not want to venture too far. Well situated. Close to Mayfair. Enjoyed the comp tickets to the MOCA museum. Nice spacious clean peaceful rooms
