Comfy and convenient

Everything about the hotel itself was fine, quiet room, good shower, friendly staff, nice location, and good bar/breakfast. Was a bit surprised at receiving a text a few hours ahead of our visit that the hotel was cancelling due to “unexpected maintenance issues”, I had no success calling the +91 number listed on Hotels when wanting an explanation, but Hotels online chat were very helpful, contacted the hotel to sort and gave me a UK number that I rang and confirmed.

The rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, like 10' x 12' . The bathroom is tiny with like a 8" x 5" sink and small corner shower. You need to think before you move too quickly in the shower. Other than that, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It is above an Indian restaurant, so you better like the smell of curry.

I was really excited about staying here but ultimately the property didn't live up to the hype. Communication is a real challenge for this staff. I attempted to get in touch about potentially changing my reservation well before arriving, and the staff wasn't responsive. When I checked in I was given a room smaller than the one I paid for. While I was able to get a refund for that evening and get switched to a double room, one of the biggest problems was that the wifi was extremely spotty.

Rooms are very tiny. The door hits the bed as you come in and lighting is really poor. But it was all we needed and very little time spent im room. The restaurant was delicious. Staff was friendly.

Not a pleasant experience… no usable wifi (disconnects and very slow, practically unusable) and initially they gave us incorrect room and I had to prove that I reserved a deluxe and not basic room to change rooms (as the basic room is very tiny and not suitable for two people, and the lady at the front was acting like there is no difference between rooms until I showed the Expedia advertisement). The location is central(the only positive point) but there are small inconveniences like the fact that you cannot use the elevator after 11 pm, there is no reception, the sink is so tiny and strangely there was a cup board above the sink which made it impossible to wash your face without making a mess!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Three Falcons. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. All the staff was very nice, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The area was perfect, a short walk to the tube, shops, restaurants and church street market very close by. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

OUTSTANDING! Great rooms, great breakfast, great staff. The breakfast was a typical breakfast for a hotel, and completely correct. Toast, coffee, jams, meats, cereal. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. They had all amenities except a fridge, including a hair dryer and iron setup. The rooms are modern and come equipped with AC. The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant attached has Indian cuisine and it actually was my favorite meal while we were visiting (also had an English food selection on the same menu). Held our bags for us before and after check in while we waited for our flight. The location has several bus lines within a block and walking distance to 3 tube stations. Couldn’t have asked for a better 3 day stay. I will be back for sure.
