The location is a positive but would not recommend. The property is tired and cleanliness was far from being good.

The staff was nice and it was walking distance to Victoria Station. The room was tiny, no air conditioning. Amenities were very few not even a wash cloth, no ice, limited breakfast

Rooms the size of solitary confinement prison cell

Pros: The hotel staff all were very nice, and the hotel was kept VERY clean.
Cons: Knock out half the walls to double the size of every room.
Location: Conveniently located to many restaurants, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby.
The room was 10ft by 5ft--about the size of a solitary confinement prison cell. There was no table, no chair, no place to store or put unpacked luggage. The only "storage" area was a very small clothes rack. Nothing could be put of top of it because it was only a frame with no shelf on top of the rack. The bathroom was very small, No one over about 200 lbs could turn around in the shower stall. It was not possible to bend over to wash my legs. I had to stand and lift each leg to wash it. Anyone who has difficulties being in confined spaces will feel extremely uncomfortable. For the size of the room and bathroom, the hotel is WAY over priced. Half of what they are charging still would be too much.
