Just don't. We didn't. We stayed 2 hours and left. Didn't even ask for a refund. We were unpacking our car to getin our room when the clerk came out and told us we had been "upgraded" to a King room......because the room we were given had water damage? Upon entering said "upgrade" we noticed the smell. Old gym locker room undercurrent to a strong foot odor. My partner sat on the side of the bed to have the whole thing lift up. Investigating, we found the bed was made up of a handmade, unfinished wood base. The box spring was TWO single mattresses placed together with a three inch gap down the center. Topped with the loudest broken down King matress I have ever experienced. It was actually funny. We had a show to see a couple of blocks down so we went to the show, packed up and drove two hours home.

This was a terrible experience all around for us. The hotel room smelled of cigarettes the second we walked in and the light was broken and hanging halfway off the wall. Further inspection and we saw stains on the mattress, ripped up flooring, a missing hairdryer from the wall along with a towel rack that was missing from the wall? Everything was dirty and gross. We were very disappointed after a long day we just wanted to sleep but we could not stay here after everything we saw there. Expedia wasn't helpful with helping us get a refund and the owners that called our hotel room before we left were also not very helpful or concerned about what we experienced. We will never be back there but we do hope they they work on fixing the things we experienced.

Peephole in door was missing the hardware, just a hole in the door that allowed view into and out of the room. Mini fridge had debris in the bottom and a half bottle of water. Microwave and mini fridge stand wasn't wiped down. Hair and debris under and around microwave. TV showed 2/3 of a picture. Neighboring guests came in around midnight. Toilet was wobbly and the tank leaked. Staff was great though!

I have photos of the room and the Bedding The Dirty Drowns.We couldn’t put our belongings in there Mattress worn out. This Hotel needs a lot of Repairs and definitely needs Housekeeping.

Room was gross. Had to buy my own towels and blankets to use. Left over soap in the shower. Dirty toilet and no trash can anywhere. Upon check in. Nobody was at the desk. Called the number posted on the door and he was over at the next block. I am not fond of this new employee... please bring the older gal back.
