Good hotel, room etc. but terrible internet
Hotel, room etc all good. But from first day (Sunday) internet was unstable. This continued on Monday and it interfered in my preparations for meetings in LA. I reported to front desk and was informed by Caesar they were aware and working on it. This continued and midday I cheeked again with reception. Still working on it. In afternoon still not working etc. etc. I informed the reception that if it didn't work properly when I returned from dinner that evening (Monday) I would leave Tuesday morning - 1 day earlier than booked. When I came back reception told me all fixed. On arrival in my room still cutting out several times per minute. I informed front desk and now he told me that maybe it was the room. Confirmed with him I would be leaving the next morning. Next morning I asked reception to give me a receipt confirming that I had been reporting the internet problems and he refused. In fact, his attitude became real poor and then accused me of being unruly. He also told me to deal with HOTELS.com for a refund for the prepaid night not going to be used. In short - the front desk staff really couldn't care less about the problem. BTW I have these internet outages recorded on video and pictures.
