Overall the facility was nice it was designed for tall people. If you are under 5’5”, you would not be able to adjust shower head setting and have to stretch to reach toilet paper when using toilet

Could not check check in due to an issue with the water. Front desk was not very polite with explaining what was going on. Took a shower and the water was Luke warm. Pictures of the property didn’t look anything like it did in person. We were going on a cruise and decided to pay for parking at the hotel since it was cheaper. Only 60 dollars compared to 140 at the pier but when we got to the cruise port an Uber back would have been like 60 bucks so we decided to just park at the cruise port. I called to see about a refund and Allysa tells me no refunds. Why not I didn’t use your service for parking. They should be glad someone paid to stay there they need some serious updating.-
