There is no elevator. Not enough rooms for handicapped people. Also very limited in breakfast. Room not very clean

Room was clean and comfortable. One of the best free breakfasts. However there is no elevator and was drug paraphernalia in the back parking lot and people fighting in rooms late at night making it hard to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay, not bad for the price and very convenient freeway access which was our main priority. Our room had everything we needed, checking in and out was easy. The ONLY complaint I would make is that our room could probably use a new mattress. It felt like maybe the middle of it was not as firm as the rest causing that crater effect. That's all, other than that, I would stay here again if needed.

I had a problem getting the TV to work. An employee was there in minutes and got the problem resolved. Breakfast was great. There was a cook to make your breakfast to your order. The staff was very helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future!!
