The bed was uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was lacking, coffee was not good not hot enough and not tasty at all. Shower leaked water floor was very wet.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. The outside groups were terrible! Walkways were dirty and stained with spilt beverages. Gardens littered with garbage and not kept up. Parking lot full of trash and fallen leaves.
The lobby area was like fort Knox! Only spoke to someone through a security window outside. The lobby and front desk are way overdue for an update, old and worn out. Windows littered with signs, can't see into the lobby.
I tried to extend my stay an additional three weeks, already there for three weeks. I had a conversation with Monica about the Transient Occupancy Tax, after 30 days I was intitled (California Treasurer and Tax Collector) to a refund of what I have paid and discontinues paying the occupancy tax. Monica stated that they only make reservations for up to 28 days. I did make new reservations for the next three weeks. The day, Monica called me to advise me she canceled my new reservations due the fact I was rude! I need to check of my room because she didn't want me there any longer. Please think twice about making reservations here, if you upset the staff, you will be asked to leave.

Didn’t know how to run my cc, swore it was policy to only use a chip. Walls and floor were dirty, “breakfast” was a joke and no one seemed to know anything. Housekeeping kept all their things in the “courtyard”. Never again!!!

It was a very nice stay but they should include that when you arrive they will require a $100.00 deposit per person when checking in. Just so your aware and have the money if not then your trip is basically wasted because you can’t stay
