They didn’t have my reservation on file, but I had my Travelocity confirmation number so they honored my rate. They said it was an issue with Travelocity but I think it was the hotel. Friendly but defensive about it while they got us a room. Stain on the blanket on our bed.

Limited eating facilities, the carpet throughout the building did not look clean or appealing, only one elevator in the facility, making it difficult to move around, bed was not firm or comfortable.

Staff was wonderful. My bathroom had ants. Would be better if I could have controlled the air. The pool was clean and refreshing.
