Loved the stay

Absolurely loved everything about the stay , the only complaint would be the pull out couch but it is not a deal breaker . The staff were super nice and helpful with any questions , and just overall it was a really nice stay.

thanks for making our 3 day vacation NICER

everything was very good, clean and great location. We went to universal studios about 25 minutes away took 45 minutes due to traffic was ok. So nice to start your date with great breakfast in which is included with your stay with omelettes or fried eggs with lots of goodies Evening snacks between 5:30 and 7 pm was also a nice touch with some snacks and 2 well drinks per adult and drinks for the kids Room was clean and ready, very comfortable the queen suite was good for 2 adult and 2 kids and kitchenette helped

Our room was a bit outdated, there was lots of patches that you can see from previous holes on the walls i guess from other guest that made damage, bathtub bottom was peeling and we seen many rust stains, we also seen a roach in our room, it was only one but very unsanitary.
