This guest-farmhouse is located on a half acre gated estate with a tennis court. The top floor features a loft area with 3 single beds and leads to a separate room with a queen bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit available for your use.

The guest house is separated from the main house by a tennis court and swimming pool. The pool is not included in the guest house rental. You'll have access to the tennis court and the kids play structure on the lawn.

Plenty of street parking. The house is walking distance to the main boulevard and close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. You'll also be close to 2 golf ranges and a nice hiking area, with a viewing spot at the top of the mountain.

Great for a family
Owner was easy to reach and fixed a leak quickly. Loved the toys that were in the closet for my kiddos, and the bouncer toys. Great for kiddos after traveling to bounce out the fatigue of travel. Great tennis court to exercise kiddos too. Overall a great stay!

Great Little Cottage
This house worked out perfectly for us. It is as great little cottage nicely separated from the main house. The owners were attentive but not intrusive. We were welcome to use the tennis court and play area, but since we were busy we did not take advantage of those amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and felt quite safe especially with the house being gated. We walked the neighborhood a lot and enjoyed hiking the trails in the nearby mountains. Everything was neat, tidy and tasteful just as others have said. Grocery, restaurants and coffee shops are walkable too. We will stay here again.

Perfect little guest house
We were in town for a family event and booked this wonderful guest house. Access to the property and the house was so easy. Our kids absolutely loved playing on the tennis court in between other activities. We didn’t need to cook but it was equipped and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The location was super convenient for where we needed to be in the valley.
