Nice clean facility however , I wasn’t given the room I had booked and wasn’t told anything until I got to the room and noticed it wasn’t what I booked . So I called front desk and was told that since I booked with a 3rd party (Expedia) I wasn’t guaranteed the room if they were completely booked . I also asked to see if I could get an extra hour to check out and was told that unfortunately they couldn’t and only had a 15 minute grace period .im just a little dissatisfied of how the situation was handled when I didn’t get the room I had booked and the hotel staff didn’t do anything for the inconvenience . On a good note, I was able to communicate with an Expedia rep through their live chat and let her know about the situation. she was efficient & responsive

Wish out stay had not been so short. The property was modern and welcoming. The evening staff were so pleasant when they checked us n’a very helpful to track down our Hilton number. The room was clean and roomy. The same person was still on when we checked out and gave us our ride to the airport. She was very pleasant to work with. Breakfast was nice as well. Hotel is so close to the airport .The pool and gym looked nice sorry we didnt have time to enjoy them.

This hotel was marvelous and very immaculately clean and designed beautifully also close to food places across the street. The staff was very polite and the shuttle lady was very friendly, polite, and helpful with the luggage.

My room was missing a desk lamp. Requested one several times and did not receive one. The only room lights were the bed lights and entry light.
