Beautiful room, easy access and staff was friendly. the only problem was parking, they have very limited spaces. Half the lot is reserved for valet. They let us park in one of those spots though so it was not a huge issue. Theres so many rooms though I dont know how they don't have more parking.

I only stayed 1 night., I was cruising out in the morning. Hands down great service!!! From the help with my luggage to getting me around on a free shuttle to acquire all my needs. Friendly and professional. Maria was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about where I needed to go to stay on task. Clean room and extremely refreshing infused water for guest. The room was very comfortable especially the King Size Bed Housekeeping did an outstanding job when asked to clean. The Breakfast Staff at the Encore Restaurant were very attentive and paid attention to our every need. Food was fresh good variety of menu choices for the price.

I had nothing but issues with this property . Such a disappointment . We went for the marathon, which was planned a year ago. We got to hotel for check in, and they were completely under prepared, we had to wait TWO hours after check in for our room. Not to mention, they were telling people who ran the marathon they couldn’t get late check out . Which is completely crazy and to be telling people who are there for an event that they specifically can’t get late check is ridiculous. I am going to be contact my rep with the marathon to recommend they no longer associate themselves with the Long Beach Hilton . The marathon had this hotel listed as a recommendation on the marathon site and it truly shouldn’t be. Got up to our room , there was stains on the sheets. The shower didn’t get hot and would turn off randomly while you showered . The light would turn off in the restroom on its own , and the door handle kept moving . Not only all of that, but I got bit by a spider some time in the night. We were treated completely rude ( along with everyone there ) by the bar tender. I will NEVER stay here again. And will recommend everyone to avoid completely . Such a disappointment for the amount we paid. I’d expect these type of issues from a motel 6 or extended stay. Not a Hilton. Absolutely disappointing and frustrated.

Other then the parking i would say this was an amazing experience would definitely come again
