Room was as expected, beds were what you would expect of hotel beds, we were on the harbor side of the ship so could not hear the carnival going on, on the other side. Food was good, was a bit pricey. Tours closed early so we did not get to experience those.

We stayed on Saturday, just me and my husband. The room was clean and very roomy. We stayed in the delux king with harber view. The entire boat is clean and well kep. We enjoyed our ghost hunting experience. We loved Sunday brunch on the ship. The food was great. We plan to return with the kids in December.

Got there had to wait for hours for a room only to get to the room and it’s like 40 degrees freezing very dim lighting and was told they can’t control the temperature so we would basically have to freeze and possibly get sick we were in the room for all of 5 min and ended up checking out and not staying lost all the money we paid for and apparently nothing can be done about it disgusting

Unique opportunity to step back in time, absorb some history and “cruise” without moving. Accommodation’s were perfect for my mother and I. She felt transported to another time. A must if you’re visiting Long Beach.

Great ship, horrible experience.

The ship and its history is amazing. Service and the management of the services are terrible! Two restaurants, and can’t get into either. But won’t take reservations later for the night because they can’t guarantee a table. Come back later and let’s see. Room cleaning occurs every three days. TV didn’t work. Cleaning carts left outside of entries, to include the entry of the restaurant. Nasty! Management clearly lacks a vision, OR their vision is a very low level.

Staying on the Queen Mary is so cool! This historical, iconic ship that is also a hotel and museum is a must see! As well as providing soft, comfy beds and clean, cute rooms this property is a walk back in time. I loved it and I will be back for sure!

Insufficient parking; no handicap parking available with long walk to entrance and then long walk to room; broken floor tiles (easy to trip on); limited dining and no warning that reservations were necessary- had to leave property to eat; deluxe room is standard with exposed plumbing (not worth the upgrade); and tour not included in stay. Deluxe room was absolutely mediocre. Don’t recommend. Definitely don’t need to stay multiple nights, like I had reserved. I appreciate the hotel’s attempt to maintain the historic atmosphere, but the rooms should be updated. Tiny tv sitting on a stained piece of plywood and unfinished dirty closets.
