The staff was very nice and helpful. One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 3 hours to get it. But was very clean once we got it. We stayed multiple nights and did not realize the didn’t clean room everyday. Had to ask for clean towels and trash to be taken out one day early. But rooms were nice and comfortable. One last thing it would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

We book with the Hampton Inn since my husband has accumulated so many rewards points through his work stays. Genuinely we are quite happy for the accommodations and price but this visit here in W. Covina is the worse stay anywhere. Checking in was fine but the second floor they put us on smelled horrible! Like old urine a porta potty. So badly we had to hold our breath walking through. One of the employees was working on cleaning it and explained someone left a dirty diaper all night but it smelled more like the toilet overflowed and the dirty water seeped everywhere. Not that isn’t just the problem. The complimentary breakfast was empty at 7:45am. Coffee, hot water, tea and creamer was never refilled. The room is tiny, the beds are full and not queen. The toiletries they normally place there for the guest were missing, all they had was a bar of hand soap. The faucet in the tub doesn’t work for the hot water. Our stay is for 3 nights and they never came to clean the room. The property itself is small and out dated but I will say it’s kept nice outside and centrally located to everything. It’s disappointing since we travel all the time for family and work since we live in AZ I was hoping that this hotel here in my hometown would be our regular place to stay when we visit. Not after this stay unfortunately.

Wonderful hotel! Beds so comfortable after a 7hr drive to get there. Breakfast every morning so tasty with variety every morning. Only annoying problem was strange that bathroom faucet only delivered cold water. I like hot water in the morning. Even so, would definitely stay here again!!! So clean & great staff!!!

This is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel. The staff is great, I’m a big time coffee drinker so the 24 hr coffee bar was my highlight. The morning staff always had Fresh breakfast ready every morning on time. And the location was great for us too.

Overall the stay is great! Free parking and free breakfast is a check off the list. But the only down fall is when requesting to clean room, they said there’s certain days when they clean and if there is a housekeeper that’ll make it to your room to the service.
