Great place except we could not cool the suite room down to where we wanted it. Maintenance brought a fan. Other than that, it was a great experience and a beautiful hotel. We won't stay there again during the summer.

Dear Adri, Thank you for taking a moment to share your positive experience at Hyatt Westlake. Having completely renovated our lobby and guest rooms in 2020, we invested over $45,000 per room, which is quite a lot. The big hit in all of this is of course our massive 65" HDTVs in every guestroom. They are spoiling people for their home TVs.

Check in staff wouldn’t acknowledge us as we stood at the desk with no one in line. When I stepped closer and asked if the note was open, she mumbled “hold on”...then Stephanie told us our room wasn’t ready and would not be available until after 4pm and there were no other suites available for us. She was more than indifferent. Will definitely not come back and will earn friends to avoid this place.

Good Hotel--just a bit on the over-priced side...

We were there for a business meeting--it's a bit pricy for the quality of the rooms--but we enjoyed our stay--had room service..the food was excellent--but for one night--a dinner and breakfast the price really wasn't worth it.

Close to plaza

Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: Some of the common areas could use a refresh.
Location: Near the plaza, which has shops and plenty of nice restaurants. The hotel is near the interstate so get a room away from the interstate.
Nice hotel with a relaxed vibe. The hotel is close to the plaza, so there are a lot of options for meals within walking distance.
