This stay was not what we expected based on the photos. The only positives were the safe neighborhood and the secure parking — everything else fell short. The room’s AC unit looked decades old, full of dust, and it didn’t work at all. When we reported it, the staff didn’t respond until I contacted Expedia, and even then the issue wasn’t fixed. The room was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, and we had to manage with a small fan they provided for our two-night stay. On top of that, the mattress and bed covers released some kind of irritating dust or fibers that gave all of us itchy noses and made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The room was very neglected. I was very surprised to see the bathroom not cleaned. I’ve been there over three times and this was the worst kept room I ever had. Very disappointing.

The room was very clean and bright with updated amenities. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Chose this property because of the parking garage for $15/ night and it's close to UCLA medical center. Will definitely stay here again for our medical visits to Santa Monica.

What a disappointment! Outside doesn’t look anything anything like the pics. Not in a good area where I would feel comfortable walking alone. Extremely loud with guests coming in the door with a key card cuz it would slam shut. My room was right there which kept me up in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin so I could hear when the neighbor shower was on. Even the doorframe was broken inside my room. I have a pic if it will let me post. I have no idea how others could leave good reviews. Looks like a dump and felt like I was in the ghetto.
