This hotel is in an ideal location, walkable to many restaurants/bars/shopping. American breakfast was included. Pizza Girl was a good snack on property. Many beach equipment available but we didn't use. Roof top bar had great views. Room was clean, staff very helpful/professional. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great Stay on Venice Beach

A wonderful stay right off the boardwalk. Convenient to anything we needed and a shot shot to the highway if we wanted to venture further abroad. Staff was very friendly and helpful Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff at front desk, in breakfast area and at rooftop bar. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Beach amenities were great, including bikes, towels and chairs. Location is great for Venice Beach.

The sell epic views but you only get a view of a dirty alleyway, expect cockroaches in your room and you can here music from the club across the street until 3am in the morning. If you raise these issues with the hotel, they will just ignore you based on my experience.

If you are a light sleeper ask for a lower floor. There is a rooftop bar and it creates a bit of noise for guests on the 6th floor. Otherwise an awesome stay just steps from the beach and tons of dining options within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Will definitely stay again next time.
