I didn’t stay there the room door didn’t have a lock and then no tv the room look like it was old and outdated so again I didn’t stay there I would to get my money back I give that motel a 0
The tv didn’t work. The shower head didn’t work and sprayed water in all directions. There were only two outlets so it was hard to charge our devices. We had to unplug the heater to charge our phones. The room was tiny and very rundown with grimy curtains, and peeling paint.
There were a few positive things. The office managers were friendly and helpful. The parking was free. The location was very convenient to the art fair at the Santa Monica airport. And the price was reasonable.
Needs a complete overhaul. Unclean - look at the Google reviews. Should be removed from the hotel list until it has improved, association damages Expedia's reputation.
Place need to be debugged, add wi-fi and be painted correctley. The bathroom was atrocious. Bugs in the bathroom. Afraid to puit my suitcase on bed for fear of bedbugs. (luckily no bits this morning)
I would highly recommend NOT staying here. There were bugs on floor and holes in the bathroom walls with mold in them. Pillow had stains on it and the door had no deadbolt lock, just the handle lock. If you wanted to keep the room key it was a $20 deposit. Felt sketchy. I ended up buying another hotel for my 2 nights that was cheaper and much cleaner/safer.
The hotel was shabby and rundown. There were flies and roaches in the bathroom. The electric outlets didn't work. The WiFi didn't work. The upkeep was non-existent. They charged a $20 cash deposit for the key, but the office was closed at 7:30 am so I couldn't get the deposit back. I've been in economical (cheap) motels before. This one was by far the worst.
Walked into the room roaches fell off of the doorway went into the shower found the lavatory sink leaks all over the floor pulled back the bedding and found filthy sheets looked like fecal matter pulled up the mattress found a bed bugs went to the desk clerk asked for a refund was told refunds are not given called Expedia to ask for a refund Expedia said refunds are not given per the owner horrible experience never use Expedia again never go to this outrageously heinous hotel again I booked it online I did not book it in person so I had no idea It was such a filthy nightmare I will never use Expedia again
