Guest Access:

Guests will be given a security code to gain access and will be able to enjoy the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

Latigo Canyon is elevated above the Pacific Coast Highway so you’ll have gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains everywhere you go. It’s a quiet, residential neighborhood where you’ll find a lot of Spanish, Mediterranean, and Tuscan-style homes. You’re surrounded by nature so it’s a great area for hiking, cycling, or even horseback riding!



Malibu is well known for some of the best beaches and surfing spots in the United States. Visit the Escondido Waterfall or Solstice Canyon for hiking, or visit the Malibu Pier or Point Dume for beautiful views of the ocean. World-class restaurants and shopping opportunities are also in abundance in this area.



Getting Around:

The Latigo Canyon neighborhood is quiet and private with more narrow roads. The busier parts of Malibu are also a bit of a drive away so bringing or renting a car is highly recommended.

Parking is available in the driveway we have a carport, this is if you have a high clearance vehicle, the driveway has a steep grade. There is a parking pad at the bottom of the driveway that is available for lower clearance, smaller vehicles. Please drive to the top of the hill, past the chain link gates to turn around to make the driveway, our neighbor's driveway across from us CANNOT be used as a back in.

» Phone reception can be unreliable in this part of Malibu
