Large flat screen TVs, 2 Apple TV s, Xbox, PS4, state of the art digital washer and dryer, huge kitchen & master with his and her shower and jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped community clubhouse with gym, sauna, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and kids playground and picnic area . Safe neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes to the 101 freeway. 30 minutes to Hollywood. 20 minutes to Santa Monica. 20 minutes to Malibu. On Mulholland between Topanga Canyon and Malibu Canyon. Located in prestigious Calabasas, brand new & well maintained house. Tons of hiking trails. You won't want to leave! Perfect for professionals and families. I will have someone here to show you the amenities of the house and assist you with any of your needs during your stay in fabulous Los Angeles.
