~ 🐶 Pets: $150 per pet, per stay
~ ⏰ Early Check-In: $75 (not earlier than 12PM, subject to availability)
~ ⏰ Late Check-Out: Complimentary until 12PM if approved and no back-to-back booking
~ 📅 Long Stays (29+ Nights): Require a signed rental agreement, background, and credit check
~ 🧹 Mid-Stay Clean: Available upon request at the standard cleaning fee
~ 🔍 Lost & Found: $50 fee + shipping cost
~ 🤚🏻 Special Requests: Notify us at least 48 hours before check-in
~ 🚗 Street Parking: Guests are responsible for any tickets
~ 🧰 Maintenance: Our team may visit occasionally for upkeep

~ 🎥 Cameras & Security: Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and monitoring purposes. There are no cameras inside the unit. Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund
~ 💳 Security Deposit: A $500 refundable hold will be placed before check-in and released after checkout if no damages or violations occur
~ ❌ Cancellations: A 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable regardless of policy

The cardholder must be the person who makes the booking. If the booking is made by someone other than the cardholder, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that the 4% processing fee is non-refundable.

⚠️ Please note that in the City of Manhattan Beach, neighboring properties are permitted to carry out construction during the hours allowed by the city without providing advance notice to surrounding residents. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and neighbors are not required to notify us before beginning construction.

# General House Rule:
~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM.
~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host`s verbal or written approval.
~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.

# Booking Requirements:
~ We send a questionnaire to guests after booking to help ensure the property meets your expectations.
~ Access codes will only be shared once the questionnaire has been completed.
# Things to note:
~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.

# HVAC rules:
~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.

# Pet Rules
~ Service animals or Emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to your check-in or we’ll assume that you brought a pet and process an Airbnb claim.
~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate.
~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us.
