Staff charged me around $40 for a "restaurant" charge when I didn't even use the restaurant. I told the front desk supervisor and she said restaurant personnel probably did not verify last name. She ended up,reversing the charge but still not a pleasant experience. People check your hotel bill for extra charges and hidden fees especially if you did not use their restaurant.

Among other things, I ordered the SAME Deluxe Continental Breakfast two days in a row. The first day it was $18+, the second day it was $24+. One of my pet peeves is mold in the grout of a bathtub. Our room needs some maintenance. Two headlight covers were stolen while my car was parked in the hotel's self-park. Booked through Travelocity on the advice of a friend. Discovered that had I booked with the hotel web site, I would have been eligible for AAA and AARP discounts. For $200/night, would definitely NOT stay there again.
