No ironing board, limited outlets, late checkout fee for an hour was outrageous. Otherwise, the room was spacious, clean, had a microwave and refrigerator. Bed was firm and comfortable. Great name for the hotel.

Being, La based. I find it disappointing renting hotels in the area. Hotels are badly kept. False advertised and just filthy. However this experience at this particular hotel was 10/10, it was extremely clean, staff were respectful, and helpful.I’m extremely satisfied.

We stayed for 4 nights. Bed was comfy, shower pressure was fantastic! The shower wasn't much to look at, a bit aged, but it was clean, worked and had shockingly great pressure. The hotel is going through renovations. It didn't bother us at all. The staff was lovely. I wish I had caught the names of the woman and man who were working the evening of 6/30. They were very helpful, especially since I had had a small grocery ordered delivered before I arrived. We checked out with Genesis, who was also very kind. We learned the hotel is pet friendly so we'll definitely stay there again when we're back in the area and now we know of a good place so we can bring our dogs too.

It looked like they had just finished working in the room. There were metal shards on the desk and wood shavings/powder where they had drilled holes in the wall. The television would not turn off with the remote. There was a lot of construction noise. The staff that helped me at the front desk was so helpful and patient. I believe her name was Rozi. She had great customer service.

Great place to stay. Very nice area close to USC and has plenty of close by amenities. They just reopened so the pool was still closed and they were still doing construction in a lot of rooms, but it was still great. Only complaint that I had is the floors need to be cleaned more in the hotel rooms, they were quite frankly disgusting in my room and it was pretty gross. Otherwise, loved this place and would stay here again.

It needs to be remodel

The rooms needs to be remodeled because it had too many molds in there. Also, the guy at the front desk is amazing and he has a wonderful customer service. Sadly, I forgot his name.
