It’s inconvenient to have to rent a remote control for the TV. If you leave it in the room and don’t give it to reception they don’t refund the rent fee deposit. Pool was out of service, was looking forward to using it due to the weather.

The bathroom shower floor was grimy and dirty. Asked the Front Desk to clean it and they did send someone who just wiped it, but didn't scrub. Also, the writeup on the hotel stated that they had a shuttle service to the airport, which was one of the reasons I chose it. However, upon check in the Reception said that while they had a van, they didn't have a driver. Had to resort to Didi service and had to pay extra because they are technically not allowed to deliver to the airport.

Family friendly hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. Cold AC and location at walking distance from downtown. Safe monitored parking. Staff nice and professional. Elevator close to our room was non-functional and we were not notified about it. Telephone did not work to communicate within the hotel staff. No ironing board or iron in the room but available upon request. Not enough towels left by housekeeping. On-site restaurant food was good but pricey. Guests were noisy and were running down the halls.

Business Trip to Los Mochis

I stayed in Plaza Inn for one week back on spring time. The hotel is very confortable, clean and all services inside are not expensive. Food was really good. It is located in a very good place. I felt very safe, the attention was very good. I live in USA, I need to travel to Los Mochis again. I will stop in Plaza Inn again.
