Okay, this may have been my 2nd or 3rd Vrbo house I ever rented. This was the best. We had 9 of us. We found the house adorable and accommodating for all of us. There was parking on the street if you did not want to park up the driveway. The location is walkable to areas plus businesses up on Bardstown Rd. The owner was responsive in returning any messages. This was appreciated.

I booked this house for a group of 10 adults celebrating a 60th birthday, and it was great! The house was clean and spacious and in a great area for visiting various Louisville neighborhoods. The host, Lynn was also fantastic; she provided clear communication and even suggested some activities in the area the weekend we stayed. Retirement ceremony from and graduation from college... homecoming of friends and family Plenty of room for nice breakfast in kitchen. Classy dinner in dining room. Comfortable conversation into the night on front living room. Will be back for awesome DERBY experience! Will book again on next visit to Louisville.

Outstanding stay for three families!

We loved this house. We had 3 couples and 4 teenage girls, and the girls took over the entire basement area from the moment we walked in. Lots of beds and a kitchenette downstairs, so it was perfect for them. Thus, we adults had plenty of space upstairs, with lots of bedrooms, sitting spaces, kitchen, etc. The porch was fantastic and the backyard was very nice, but we didn't use it (too cold). The kitchen was really well stocked, with dishes, cooking pots/utensils, spices, coffee/tea, glasses/mugs--the owner obviously put a lot of thought into what makes for a comfortable stay. The house was very charming--obviously older, the neighborhood has so many cool homes with character--but everything inside felt updated, well constructed, and convenient. One caution: we had three fairly large vehicles, which all fit comfortably in the long narrow driveway, but any more vehicles might have been difficult, though you could fit a fourth on the downhill slope. We definitely want to come back!! Thanks for a great stay.

Comfortable house in great neighborhood

Great Weekend

The property was perfect for the golf group of 7. Admittedly we are a 60+ crowd so a 10 pm lights out was perfect for us after a round of golf and dinner. The house was clean, well kept, efficient and well stocked. All the guys were very pleased with their comfort. The downstairs is self sufficient with a full bath and large kitchenette. The outside was porch was perfect for sitting out for morning coffee. The neighborhood is quite, clean and well kept as well. Actually a very beautiful neighborhood. We did not walk to any restaurants, but the area has a wide choice within a 5/10 minute drive. Street traffic is light and parking easy. The host was very responsive and attentive. Had a wonderful stay....thank you.

The was and amazing place to stay in Louisville. The property was 15 minutes away from all of the tourist attractions and the basement quickly became an amazing hang out spot for everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

Family Getaway

I needed a place to accommodate 5 family members from ages to 30 to 80 years old. Basically 3 generations of family. This place was amazing. Lynn was very responsive when questions came up. Great communication ! She has great pride in her home. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and back porch was our main hang out. We felt very comfortable and the neighbors are friendly.

Perfect location to take in all parts of Louisville

We were visiting for a volleyball tournament and prefer to find a home rather than hotel. Very lucky to find this property and this owner. Home was perfectly as described with enough space for two small families to make a long weekend feel relaxing. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and the home felt spacious with enough room for all of us. The back patio gives the impression of more total space to sit and relax. We were right around the corner from great eats and only a 10 minute drive from downtown and the Ohio River region. Lynn was very responsive with any question we had, mainly our questions were about food spots and her recommendations were spot on. Thanks for a great weekend.
