Welcome Derby Fans! Located just 18 minutes away from Churchill Downs, and less than 5 minutes from grocery, unique restaurants and a multiple liquor stores, this home is convenient and has it all! This 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home is perfect for a nice, long weekend. This home comes with an updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, that also has ample storage. A powder room off the kitchen, and casual and formal dining and seating areas. Multiple eating areas between the kitchen as well as the dining room. Off the family room, is a dry bar with stainless steel barrel ice machine. Located off the family room as a set of doors, leading to patio with Weber grill. Upstairs, you’ll find the Master Bedroom which has a king mattress with a Smart TV. Off the hallway is the Master Bathroom, including a glass shower. Three additional bedrooms upstairs, with one king and the others each have a queen mattress. Additional full bathroom found upstairs, with Serena and Lily wallcoverings, recently updated. In the unfinished basement, you’ll find a set of brand new (purchased May ’24) washer and dryers for your use. House also comes with a brand new HVAC unit, so rest assured, your stay will be a comfortable one. We do have a Ring video doorbell on our front porch. Plenty or parking, as this home has a circular driveway in front, as well as a full length driveway on side of home that leads to two car garage. This home is 1 mile off the 264 East expressway.
