First of all the front desk night attendent was busy talking on speaker phone Second of there was no hot water on the third floor for the 2 rooms we booked. When i contacted the front desk they simply said they would contact the maintenance sometime that day. No room change accommodations. No partial refund. Not even a sorry.

Front desk check in was great. Room was nice, some spots were not very clean though. Stain on bathroom wall. Fold out couch mattress had a huge spot/stain on it, which was unfortunate because that's originally why we chose this hotel...everyone could have their own sleeping space.
