Like that the hotel is close off the highway and within walkable distances of conveniences. The only negative was that we were disappointed in the pool. We were looking forward to doing some lengths for exercise after a long drive but it was so small we didn’t end up using it.

Overall decent stay with pool disappointment
Overall it was a decent hotel. The main reasons for picking the hotel for us were the location and the indoor pool. The issue we had was the pool was closed because chemicals had been added and we have a 5 year old who was disappointed as that is the highlight of any trip for her. It seems there could have been better planning around adding chemicals to the pool so that it wasn’t closed on a Saturday night. At least it would have been nice to know before booking or upon arrival that it was closed since we booked only a few hours before arrival. I know when booking through Hotels.com quite often that we get messages from the booked hotel about issues/notices/etc. I would definitely recommend checking with hotels about things like this that are important before booking.

Was able to park almost at the front door. Check in was quick and easy. The room was lovely. But the remote to the TV didn't work. Cecile front desk quickly came to check it out. He then moved me to another room. Offered me a complimentary drink and anything I would like from the store. I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed.

The stay there was fine, but it was the check-in that I had problems with. The third-party had not released the authorization and I had to wait for over an hour to try to get this completed. Finally the girl at the front desk let me go ahead and stay there so I don’t know if I’m gonna use Hotels.com again I sure don’t want to get to a hotel again in this kind of thing happened
