Convenient, Clean and Comfortable.

Convenient location by the interstate highway and less than 15 minutes from downtown. Free onsite parking was better than paying $20/night for parking at a downtown hotel. Used the hotel as a base for visiting Louisville Slugger Museum, Ali Museum and take in a Louisville Bats game. Easily found downtown parking for less than $10. Five minute drive to Kentucky Kingdom amusement park if you have children. Clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was just okay, but it was free, so that was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Be prepared for an exorbitant hold on your credit card if you have a “local driver’s license.” Even though we had documentation that proved we lived overseas, the policy is that locals “pay more” in case of room damage.

Had a great stay at Fairfield Louisville Airport. The hotel was clean and updated. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. FYI, I was not aware, but there is $600 deposit for locals.

My flight was canceled at night and I could not fly out until very early the next morning so needed a hotel near the airport. The Fairfield Inn was very convenient and provided shuttle service. The hotel overall was great. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel.
