This was the perfect location to stay for our long weekend. We could walk to restaurants and other activities. Uber/lyft were always close to venture out of downtown. The staff was amazing, Ana on the morning shift was excellent to work with. There had been an incident early morning which caused us to be woken up by blaring alarms to evacuate (we were on the 19th floor). The next morning I discussed with her the event and was made sure that there wouldn’t be another issue with our stay. I’m sure I wasn’t the only upset guest after not getting to the hotel until late at night and then getting woken up at 4:30AM. This was NOT the norm for this hotel and they handled it well. I will tell others about this location and their attention to detail and ensuring the guests are all taken care of at all times. We will stay with them every time we visit Louisville. 💕

The room was clean. We only had one issue. We had just checked in and got to our room and a house keeper opened the door, did not announce herself. My husband was like hi. She said I didn't know you were in here. She asked when did we check out, we said tomorrow. Then she closed the door.
