Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through expedia did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!

My sister and I stayed here and we were thrilled about having such a great place to stay . It was so clean and loved the way the room looked . The hot breakfast was phenomenal. We are already planning our next trip back to Louisville and we are going to stay here again .

Brand new Hampton (two months old). Beautiful. Very clean, quiet large room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jerry! Excellent breakfast. Very enjoyable stay! We will stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. I had a seamless experience from check-in to check out. The staff were extremely friendly! Ernest, Jerry, Kira, and Mars made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the varietal breakfast offered was delicious. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind for future stays.

Convenient location and courteous front desk staff

Very courteous front desk staff. Room was very nice. The toilet had a mishap with almost overflowing. I called front desk who sent up maintenance to check out. There was a slight communication gap with the maintenance guy though. Other than that, my stay was nice.

Great stay for a roadtrip stop

Last minute stop on the way home for a long road trip - couldn't have been better! Still had that new carpet smell, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was really impressive for being included. Planning to stop here next year as part of the plan.
