Staff was great! Courteous ans polite! Breakfast was delicious- Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, FRESH Fruit! Room- we had a king room- very clean, nice shower pressure, shampoo, conditioner, and. Kdy wash all in the shower. The room had a ceiling fan!. The only thing that was bad was the mattress. That thing was rough...

We’ve stayed in Louisville before but never here. This is an amazing hotel. Lobby is beautiful with plenty of space to sit and relax with friends. The check in was wonderful and the desk attendants were attentive and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had everything our group desired. We will be staying here again next time in Louisville.
