Had to walk thru clouds of marijuana smoke to go to the ice machine or vending machines. Kids were playing and people were just smoking during outside the rooms around the hotel
We arrived after the lobby was closed. Had to check-in in the freezing cold through a glass window. The check in clerk barely looked at me and certainly didn't try to move a little faster as I was literally shaking from the wind hitting me. The room was sufficient for an overnight stay, but here were no towels, soap, hand soap, shampoo at all in the room upon arrival for a 3 guest stay. Luckily we only stayed overnight and left early the next morning. I only book with Motel 6 because they allow dogs for free.
I am not sure if the room was cleaned prior to our arrival as there were small black hairs in the corner of the shower before my husband or myself used it
The walls looked filthy as did the floor
There was a bug at one point in our room
The property itself was also disgusting as there was trash everywhere, and Im not sure that this place should be able to call itself pet friendly when there is no place to be ablr to walk your dog that is not covered in trash or glass
This will definitely be a place we do not come back to
Sketchy part of town, abandoned hotels all around as well as homeless behind the building. Nowhere to walk dogs even though it's dog friendly. If you're looking for a hooker though you'll have no problem.
Stayed 4 days, 3 nights and needed to go to office to get a new room key every day. The rooms has furniture that was either falling apart or had fallen apart. Dirty from floors, floorboards, mirrors to walls. And they had the nerve to charge us $50 refinable fee for possible damamges!? Come on, really?!
The staff was extremely unfriendly. And when I pointed out, there was mold and one of the rooms, they said we donât have another room for you and we canât give you a refund.
(would prefer to talk to a motel 6 customer service rep before posting)
I was looking for a clean, quiet place to rest for the evening and night and my stay was turned into an unsettling and very very sorry night after the fire alarms went off on the entire block of rooms. Another customer smoked in a non smoking room and my sleep/rest was uninterrupted. I could not be comfortable after that and changed out as soon as I could- after the fire persons, came and went, the alarms were turned off and my car was packed. The hotel staff could not give me an accurate check-in receipt or checkout receipt since it was after 10pm. No one could help me and I'm still wanting on my $50 deposit to begin the return/reimbursement process. It was disappointing. I really hoped for a better (simpler) experience.
the room and staff were amazing. the noise was a little bad but what do you expect from a hotel next to an airport. the landscape need extreme updating but parking lot was clean. all in all it was a good stay. will definitely return.
Took over an hour to check in. Manager left an inexperienced new employee by herself on a busy night. All kinds of chaos. Super annoying even for a budget hotel
The room wasn't very clean, the floors were dirty, we had to go to the office for towels, wash rags, and toilet paper. We stayed 4 nights, and not once did they even offer to clean our room or see if we needed anything. The staff in the office were friendly though.
The room was very nasty, stuff on bathroom wall. The sheets would not stay on bed. The mattress had brown spots on it. The floor was coming up. The tv remote would not stay together, it was broke.
