Room stated it was a queen size bed. However the bed we were in was not it had to have been a full size. Rooms were not cleaned the next day as the staff said we were supposed to request it. But was not told that was the policy.

Parking for the hotel was not very clear. We were checked into a room that wasn't cleaned. And to top it off found out at check in the pool was not open, and i specifically booked here for the pool/hot tub amenity. Also the breakfast started to late in the morning for my kids and me to use before leaving to the airport.
