Staff was very friendly. We arrived close to midnight and there is a security guard that stays in the parking garage all night so we felt very safe. The rooms were clean and set up well. Hot breakfast included and it’s a full breakfast with many options.

This property was clean and staff were helpful. We did have a disappointment on our last day when the boys wanted to swim before we left and the pool area was closed for maintenance. There were a lot of people staying there for van event and the breakfast that day they were having a hard time keeping up. They were out of water and didn't refill the whole time we were there. The other days breakfast went well though.

Property knew that it's emergency alarm system is faulty. No notice was given to guests and the fire alarm went off evacuating the buidling two times in the middle of the night. No staff members helping people out or back into building. No notice given of when we could re-enter the building. This occured multiple days in a row. Staff members were offering either free parking or 1000 points for the inconvenience which is equivvalent to $10 or less. This was an absolutely ridiculous offer considering the inconvenience, lack of sleep and lack of information from staff.

A Very Nice Hotel

Our over night stay was fine, I was going for dental surgery the next morning, but the room was clean, roomy and nicely decorated. My husband had a really nice breakfast. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

The management didn't handle 3 Alarms properly. They did not have anyone outside to comfort the guests at all, offer a warm drink and blankets. No one came outside to tell us it was a false alarm. Very poor job. You need to reimburse every one for one night. Bob Marcus rm 832

Fire alarms went off at 1:30 am and again at 6:00 am for excessive amount of time. Patrons had to wake their kids twice to take them out to stand in the parking lot for the all clear both times. Staff was NOT helpful in direction of returning to rooms. Also, this had been going on through the night for MULTIPLE nights per other patrons. Next morning they offered to comp parking but we didn’t pay for parking so it was a “sorry for the trouble” and we were on the way. For this amount of money, I’d stay somewhere else. Not worth it.

While we had a good stay overall, the fire alarms went off three times in the early morning hours. Getting out of bed to evacuate three times was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and on-site parking was available at a reasonable rate. One oddity is that the hotel itself doesn’t have an ice machine—instead, you have to go through the connecting Fairfield Inn to access ice machines on floors 4, 5, or 6. The trek to find ice felt a bit like a maze, which was definitely a downside. Cleanliness-wise, the hotel wasn’t what I’d call dirty, but it wasn’t up to a 5-star standard either. The carpet was tearing in spots, there were noticeable stains in the hallways, and the mats around the room’s wall art were torn—small things, but they added up. Another downside was the limited access to stairs. With only two elevators for a 9-story building, being told the stairs were "exit only" (even just to go to breakfast on floor 2) was frustrating. That said, the staff were great—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. When a fire alarm went off around 10 p.m., the general manager (I believe) and other staff handled the situation well, calmly directing guests and keeping everyone informed. Overall, it was a decent stay. The experience didn’t quite justify the higher price tag for the weekend, and that likely influenced my rating. If the rate had been more in line with the quality, I might have reviewed it more favorably.
