There was a blood stain on the mattress for the pullout couch. When checking in I asked for adjoining rooms and the receptionist said that it probably wasn’t possible, then just handed me a room card without following up that she had actually looked.

My room was clean, did not have a hand held shower that was shown in the photos. Room had a weird layout, toilet and very small sink in one room across from the bed. To get to the shower had to walk back into bedroom and then into another bathroom. Bed was atrocious, woke up after an hour of lying with terrible lower back pain. Asked the front desk about switching out the bed after the first night. I was told all the beds are the same. Also let them know that the hallway looked like it hasn't seen a vacuum in weeks. No restock of items or cleaning in-between nights stay. I will not be using this hotel again

Experience was great. Great hotel with awesome staff. We had an issue with our payment because we were out of state and the desk attendant was so understanding and helped us figure it out.
