The property has 10 bedrooms, 3 of which are bunk rooms so you can fit large groups.

The Lodge is set on a quiet property with dozens of acres adjacent to the Weerakata National Park home of the endangered Swift Parrot and Regent Honeyeater. The property is 3 minutes drive to hot air ballooning, an 18 hole championship golf course and many wineries and famous sites like Binnorie Dairy, lovedale deck restaurant and chocolate factories in polkobin.

Just installed new massive 10 seater hot spa under the stars, new fire pit, full size volleyball field and mini soccer pitch, with full size indoor soccer goal posts, large outdoor chess and gas powered pizza oven. Have also completed a massive new games shed, with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, basketball arcade and an 85 inch TV viewing area. Perfect for kids and adults, poker games, board games and movie nights. Also a great space for corporate events.

Our property encompasses 3 cottages adjacent to each other and 2 of them have inter-connecting doors. All bookings are for all 3 cottages.

1. CARRADANO COTTAGE
- sleeps up to 15 guests
- 3- bedrooms (1 room with a double bed bunk on bottom and single top bunk and a another bunk bed with single bed on top and bottom, 2nd room with 2x double bed bunk on bottom and single top bunk, 3rd room with a queen bed) + 2 couches
- 2 Bathrooms
- Yurt-style living area with high wooden vaulted ceiling.
- Large tiled lounge and wood burning fire.

2. TERRA HOMESTEAD
- sleeps up to 23 guests
- 1 king bedroom with ensuite, 3 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk room + 1 sofa bed + 3 couches + 5 floor mattresses (including 1 double)
- 2 lounge rooms, two dining areas
- Main bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Separate second WC.
- Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, halogen cook-top and separate oven

3. LEVANTO VILLA (has interconnecting door to Terra homestead)

Rules on Noise.
We do accept birthday and even hen's and bucks but only on the condition you have no plans for an outdoor music concert :).
We only allow music to be played from a hand held portable bluetooth speaker and nothing louder as we've had issues in the past when guests bring a sound system and blast music all night disturbing our neighbours. So we only allow music outside until 8pm and only via a bluetooth speaker. If these expectations are consistent with your plans then the lodge will be fantastic for your getaway.
If you are caught bringing a sound system larger than a portable bluetooth system that you can grasp in the palm of your hands, your booking will be cancelled plus $500 fine. You will need to explicitly state you agree to these conditions of booking for your request to be accepted.
